For those of you that want to know about the more "technical" ways it all works we have compiled some of the basics here.

If you missed it we have our RatZapper "How To Video" here (showing you in a little 3 minute video how to set up each unit, set the bait, change and place batteries and more!

Technical Info (for those of you that know it works but now want to know how it works...

This is the 3D view of all sides of the Ratzap.  One end open the other end closed. Inside the unit near the back on the bottom is the "kill plate", which when touched by a rat or mouse it is instantly dead.  You can see the kill plate inside the RatZap towards the back of the steel floor.

There is a red button on top that will start flashing the second you have your kill.  This is important, since you usually will have the Ratzap set up against a wall or behind something, so that it is hard to get at.  No need to check inside (besides who likes looking anyway?)  Simply dump and re-use.  Its that easy!

Size, Batteries and Bait

Dimensions: 4" x 4" x 10-1/2"

Runs on 4 AA batteries (not included). Alkaline Only.

Bait: Dry Dog or Cat Food works best, but sometimes you have to experiment to get a particularly hard rat.  But it always works and will not let you down!
